W.A. Mosley died at the home of his son, W.T. Mosley, January 9, 1898. Aged 96 years and 7 days. He moved from South Carolina to Arkansas in 1850, and lived on the same place ever since. He had been a member of the Baptist church for 50 years; and a member of the New Edinburg church when he died. All who knew him loved and respected him. We conducted his funeral services on the 10th, in the presence of a large concourse of relatives and friends. Bro. Mosley outlived all of a large family, except two of his children, W.T.
