Hello everybody, I am new to the Cleveland County list. I am researching the following : BARRETT, My grandfather J.R. Barrett (Jim), was justice of the peace in Cleveland County for some time. He married Chasteen Frazer in 1901, his third marriage. They had 3 sons "Burney", Joe (my father), and Luther...all deceased. FRAZER, My ggrandfather David C. Frazer. I think he was born in1838 in Lincoln Co. GA. I don't know who his wife was. He had 3 children that I know of: Chasteen b.1881(my grandmother); Minnie b. 1779, who married J.M. Jeffers in Bradley Co. in 1996. (She later lived in Hartshorne ,OK. We had a letter from her from that location in 1950); David Columbus (Lum), died in Detroit just before 1950. I found a list containing "Dave Frazer", Pansy, AR in making application for Confederate pension in 1903. I really need your help if you know anything about these relatives of mine.
