Today marks the last day Rootsweb mailing lists working. Tomorrow, the Rootsweb mailing lists are no more. All messages that had been posted here are saved and archived, will continue to be accessed and read. Subscription, no more Postings, no more Replies, no more BUT ! Successor lists are here, but at another place The successor list for this list is: https://groups.io/g/Arkansas-Genealogy sorry, no county list for this one, yet but the list owner may create "subgroup" for the county alone, within this state list. Go to the site and "join this group". This is easy step. David Samuelsen, subscriber
Hi everyone! Just letting you know that the lists are back up and running again so to "celebrate" our return I'm initiating a first ever Surname Shout Out. A Surname Shout Out works like a Roll Call where we all post an ancestor we're totally stumped on. Please be sure to add vital statistics like date of birth, death, marriage, etc. Happy Hunting! Rootsweb is having some problems with some ISPs. In order to ensure your post make to the list, PLEASE *CC* (NOT BLIND CC), to me so I can follow up and see if your post MADE to the list or not. If you get back your post with list name in subject, then you do not have problem posting. I am already forwarding from some subscribers to one of lists I administer. Monthly reminders will go out October 1st, automatically and you will receive instructions concerning settings and your own password instruction is included. W. David Samuelsen, listadmin

Did the person address Pat Bajwa or someone else regarding the Sipes family? My family lived near them in the late 1800s Arkansas as neighbors according to some census records. That is all I am able to recall at the moment. Pat Sent from my NOOK arclevel-request@rootsweb.com wrote:
