    1. [ARCLEVEL] Froug-Merle Ranches
    2. Library Lady
    3. I have conflicting opinions on the Turner place. One is that it is the area of Froug, the other is that it is the area of Merle's Ranch. Is it possible they were close together? What I am specifically looking for is the location of communities and villages. Sometimes researchers find their ancestor in an obit and it states that he/she was a citizen of a certain community. And sometimes they find little tidbits in community news columns from the past issues of the Cleveland County Herald. I want to create a map, that shows what township and approximate area these places are, to give the researcher an idea of just where their ancestor was. I am getting lots of help from Dr. Rawls, Rufus T. Buie and Billie Langford. Any and all input is very welcome. *note: the county website has been updated again if you wanna take a look to see what was added. :)I will be adding the 1900 census index in a couple of weeks if all goes well. To all those who have submitted pictures and/or information: I will get to it as soon as I can. I appreciate all you submit and am working on getting it all together. Thanks to everyone for their help. I couldn't do it without all you contribute!
