They are both buried in Rector, Clay Co., Arkansas at Liberty Hill Cem. They had 10 children, all born in Clay Co. Many moved to Poplar Bluff, MO. Their daughter, Mary Ann Clayton married William Brannan, Cordelia married a DOWDY, Laura married a W.T. SHANNON, Nancy Jane married a STAHLS. The remaining children were all boys; William Isaac, Nolan Oliver, Charles James, Phillip Edward, Luther Winsloe, Albert Arthur. Phillip Winsloe's father was William Isiam Clayton. His mother's name was Jane (?). He was married a second time to Mary Ann Martin Boles. They had three children; Martha, Wesley Seymour b: 1866, and Sarah Ann b: 1868 m: MC NELLY. Phillip was married prior to his marriage to Charlotte, to a Susie Sink b: 1862 d: 1884 in Herrin, Illlinois. They had two children: Emma b: 1882 m: BURTON, and Isiam Clayton b&d 3 Sept. 1884.
