IL.in and about 1910.MaryBelles bro.William Taylor and wife Warnie,children,Ida,Minnie were already living here.They came to Clay Co.about 1898.They are buried at Woodland Height Cem.William died in1909.I dont know what happened to his wife or children.I cant find them as afamily except in Clay Co.William sisters are MaryBelle and Minnie.Minnie lived in Chicago till 1955.William named his daughter after his sister.Marybelles mother was Indian Nancy Smith.She was married to John Brown in 1861 in IL.Then married Eli Taylor year ? William was born1865.Nancy and John had 1 son Mathew Brown.He was raised by his father.I found them as a family in 1860.Then nothing!I found my GR Grandmothers marriage licenses John Brown stepfather gave permission for her marriage.I have pic.of Nancy with arrowhead necklace around neck.Iwant any info,I dont know what happened to her.I do ! know there is a toombstone 15 feet from William Taylor grave that says Nancy Cox Born 1835[I think or29] died 1910? Could this be her?NO other graves on other side of her.I have looked for 12 years on Taylor family I have lots of pics.Tinplates.I will share any and all I have.Clark family I go backto1690 with family pics.
