Ar Query Forum A new message, "Herren," was posted by Cindy Earls Ferrier on Tue, 29 Dec 1998 --- NAME: Cindy Earls Ferrier SURNAMES: Herren, Earls DATE: Dec 29 1998 QRYTEXT: I am looking for any information on John Thomas Herren and his brother Benjuman Franklin Herren and Their half brother James Buchannon (Buck) Earl or Earls, their mother was Lucinda Herren. John was born 1872 married Lucy Martin on 19 Dec. 1894 in Piggott Clay county Ark., their children: Alferd, Wilburn,Willis,Bill,Grace,Florance,and Muel, all born in Clay county. Frank was born Nov. 1875 married Edith Hopkins on 16 May 1900 in Clay county Ark. their children: Avis,Agness,Amos,Elmer,Lucille,Odis,Claud. Frank and his family lived in and out of Clay county Ark. and Dunklin county Ark. Buck Earls born about 1860 married Susan Biggs 3 Oct. 1887 in Dunklin county Mo. their children: James,William and Maggie. The three brothers were living in Clay and Greene county Ark. aroung the 1890's doing logging work. Buck was killed in Clay or Greene county around 1893-5 and the families lost touch with each other some going back to Dunklin county Mo. and some staying in Clay county Ark. I have come to a dead end on this family if anyone has any information on who the father of John and Frank Herren may be I would love to know, or who the father of Buck Earls was. I will be happy to share any information I have with anyone form any of these families.
