Hello List...........it is that time of year again and I want to wish each and everyone a Very Merry Christmas. I also want to post some "Letters to Santa" from 1951 that have reprinted in the Clay County Courier. Maybe you will recognize some of the authors.....or maybe your letter! I am a little boy four years old. I've been a good boy most of the time so this is what I would like for you to bring me. A big wagon, gun, Tinker Toy set, blackboard and bow and arrow. I have been a very good boy and would like for you to bring me a John Deere tractor, disk, breaking plow, wagon and manure spreader, also a Teddy bear for Christmas. Lots of candy, fruit and nuts. I want you to bring me a John Deere tractor with all the tools just like my daddy's. Two Roy Rogers guns and holsters and anything else you think I would like. I will tell you what I want for Christmas for I've been a very good boy all year.
