JACOB HAYES Jacob Lynn HAYES, Paragould, died Friday June 22 in the Regional Medical Center, Memphis from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Paragould, Thursday, June 21, 2007. A member of First United Pentecostal Church, Paragould, he was a tool and die maker at Hytrol, Jonesboro, for 32 years. Survivors include his wife, Deborah HAYES of the home; two sons, Michael HAYES and David HAYES both of Carbondale, IL; two daughters Melissa HAM, Jayess, MS and Melynda HATCHER, Royalton, IL; one stepson Gary YARBROUGH, Louisville, KY; five brothers Joe HAYES, Jerry HAYES Phillip HAYES and Bill HAYES all of Paragould, Richard HAYES, Sebring, FL; four sisters, Shelby O'DELL and Lucille JACKSON both of Paragould Becky BYRAM, Holland, MO and Gwenda TIPTON, Grenada, MS; six grandchildren and a host of friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Goldie HAYES; one brother Lavaughan HAYES. His maternal grandparents wer the late Will and Dovie CLARKSON PERDUE of Cache Lake Community. Funeral services were Monday, June 25 in First United Pentecostal Church, Paragould with Rev. James WARBINGTON and Rev. David TIPTON officiating. Burial in Brown's Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Homes. WILBURN MULLINS Wilburn "Moon" MULLINS was born in Paragould, July 11, 1943 to Charley and Lucy BUCHANAN MULLINS. He died in his residence in Knob, June 21, 2007. He was 63. He was of the Baptist faith and a farmer. He enjoyed horses, buggy riding and camping. Survivors include his wife Altie MULLINS of the home; two sons Alvin MULLINS and Wade MULLINS both of Corning; three daughters Pam MULLINS, Corning, Danica LANE McDougal, Carried TIDWELL, Corning; three brothers Wayne MULLINS, Knob, Burnis MULLINS, Riverside, CA and Alton MULLINS, California; one sister Cleta Andrews, Tyler, TX; 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one grandson Blake VanNada, three brothers and two sisters. Services were conducted Saturday June 23, 2007 in the chapel of Ermert Funeral Home with Rev. Owen LITTLE officiating. Burial in Cantwell Cemetery under the direction of Ermert Funeral Home. PAULA RENEE DAVIS Paula Renee DAVIS, Imboden, was born in Pocahontas Nov. 12, 1968. She died in an automobile accident Friday, June 15, 2007. She was 38. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed scrapbooking, gardening and crafting. Survivors include her father Kenneth DAVIS, Pocahonta; mother and step-father Debbie (LANE) and Roy WHITE, Corning; two sons Joey BURNS and Wesley BURNS both of Paragould; one brother Kenneth DAVIS II, Imboden; two sisters Stephenis DAVIS and Jennifer DAVIS both of Pocahontas; step brother David WHITE, Corning; several uncles and aunts. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael TAYLOR (Sept. 11, 2006) and grandparents Hosea and Marion DAVIS and Earl and Nadine LANE. Funeral services were conducted Monday June 18, 2007 in Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Owen LITTLE officiating. Burial in Corning Cemetery under the direction of Ermert Funeral Home. to be continued............................
