Surnames: bone Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/GV.2ADE/1898.1.2.1.1.1.1.1.1.1 Message Board Post: dixie, i was led to an elderly woman who lives in peach orchard. she remembers marion and his family. he married a woman named geraldine. he worked on farms and she was a housewife. she said to be sure to tell you, they were fine people. they had two children. the oldest was hazel. she married jack shirley. she thinks they moved to rockford, il. if she is still alive she would be in her 80's. she doesn't know if she had children. she had moved away at the time also. they also had a son, tommy. she said she and tommy used to ride to their college classes together. he married bernice tollman. they moved to missouri. they were both school teachers. they had no children. they are both dead. i didn't have any luck with funeral homes. martha may have given me a clue though, she said try greene county to check for their marriages. that is where most of the people in the area go to get married. the family may have also used a greene county funeral home to bury marion and his wife. m! artha said she did not know any one else of marion's family. linda
