    3. Names I am researching in Clay Co., are: Lewis, Snider, Underwood, Brown My gr, grandfather was John Richard Lewis. He was born in MO in 1863 and died in Dunklin CO., MO in 1933. He married Sarah Frances Snider in 1900 in Dunklin Co., MO. She was born born in 1869 in Dunklin Co., MO, and died in either Randolph or Clay County AR in 1906. Their youngest daughter, Bessie Lennie Lewis, was my grandmother. She was born in either Randolph or Clay Co.,AR. Sarah Frances died having her. Sarah Frances Snider Lewis's brother, John William Snider and his wife Fredonia "Doni" Snider also lived in Clay Co. My gr, grandfather, John Richard Lewis remarried to a Cricket or Trixie Underwood sometime after 1906 and before 1911. Her family was from around Pollard in Clay Co. I am not sure if that was her actual name or a nickname. She died sometime after 1915. They had two children, a son, Wilburn Lewis and a daughter, Opal Irene Lewis. My grandmother, Bessie Lennie Lewis, married William McKinley Brown. He was born in 1895 in Randolph Co., AR. They were married in MacDougal in Clay Co., in 1922. They moved to Pemiscot Co., MO around 1939 and lived there until their deaths. William Brown's father was Bill Brown born about 1858 in AR and his mother was Elizabeth "Lizzie" Biswell, born in 1860 in Monroe Co., IL..
