Just a comment relative to the Johnson yDNA relative to Fancher yDNA in Carroll Co.: See http://www.nortonfamily.net/fancher#results The Johns(t)on's continue to be our (Fanchers) best clue for origins.? The Johnsons have one significant difference and that is marker 449 at 31.? While both groups have shifts between 31 and 32 Johnson is definitely a 32 and Fancher is 31.? When this genetic split happened is the question. ? It would be interesting to see how Alfred's specific dna compares to the Fanchers' norm. I would be very grateful for any info you can pass along to me.
