While exploring the newly released 1940 census for Carroll Co., AR, I couldn't find my father, Eugene Snow, who was thought to be in the CCC camp at that time. The Enumeration District for the CCC camp was 8-24, but it shows as two blank pages with Non-Pop written across it. Does anyone know the history of the CCC camp during the census taking? Phillip
