I've tracked down my Mr. Francis BENTLEY to Eureka Springs. He died Aug. 3, 1907 and is buried at IOOF Cemetery, the funeral was handled by Drain and Melone Undertakers. His wife Rebecca E. BENTLEY died June 22, 1933. Can I ask if anyone (paid researcher) can locate an obit for Francis and Rebecca? Is the IOOF cemetery still in business? Hello Mary, Welcome to the list. Yes, 100F is still there. I've visited there because my great grandparents and both of my grgrt grandfathers are buried there. One of my grgrt grandfathers was a Civil War vet too and his stone reflects that. Yours may have a Civil War stone as well. Mine was attached to an Illinois Cavalry group and I am curious whether mine and yours might have fought together or known each other????
