This Saturday I plan on going to Gobbler cemetery to take photos for someone who contacted me wanting photos of their relatives graves. I will also stop by Carrollton Cemetery. Does anyone need photos of gravestones at Gobbler or Carrollton Cemetery gravemarkers? Fleta Powell Aday CCHS Webmaster
Hello Fleta, My Grandfather, Frank Eugene Sells, is buried in Gobbler Cemetery but I don't know the lot number. If it is possible to find his grave and send me a picture, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you for your kind offer. I will look for the grave and if I find it take a photo. I do not have the exact location of the others I am looking for, so will have to walk the cemetery anyway. Dear Fleta, If you happen to see Shrum family graves, I would appreciate pictures...I think there are four buried at Gobbler...they are listed in Gobbler Cemetery Info on my site, here is the direct URL: http://www.arfamilies.info/afcemcarrollgobbler.htm I would like to put the pictures online with other Gobbler Cemetery grave marker photos . I am always interested in military markers, please share any that you might take. Thank You...
