Thanks, Margrett that's all new information to me. Now I have another place of birth for the older Reuben Kirby. Also, didn't know about the second marriage of Lousana Kirby. I had found her on the 1860 census of Newton Co., AR. with her children, but no husband. Now I know why I couldn't find her on the 1870 census. I hope one day to make that connection between these two families. The next time I go to the Dallas Library I'll check and see if they have that book on Carroll Co. families. Again, Thank you. I have EWING : Also in Alpena Cemetery Ellen Ann "Ella" Admire, Ewing b. 11-06-1877 MO. d. 12-3-1921 Alpena AR. Her sons: John Anderson Ewing, and William "Bill" Ewing are also buried there, but I don't think there is any head stones. Also my Maples Family are Buried in Carrollton Cemetery, Carroll CO. I have searched for years for the 2nd great grandfather and grandmother: Samuel K. and Elizabeth Jane Harvey, Richardson as both died in Carroll CO. (somewhere near Alpena / Alpena Pass, AR. And have never found their grave site>>>Except for the stone in Eureka Springs Cemetery that just states: RICHARDSON--- Father and Mother GAR. (no names or dates) I have reason to believe this is my great great grandparents. If there is anyway, I might be able to find out in old records if this is them I would be most Happy. In my over 15 years of research of these ancestors I have not been able to find any records of who my Richardson line descends from. The Harvey line is well traced and documented.(NC.> TN. > GA. > TN. > AR. ) Thanks for your time Margrett "Richardson" McCorkle <Spokane, WA. >

The photos I took of gravestones in the Omaha Cemetery can be found here: http://www.rootsweb.com/~arcchs/OmahaCemt/ I will be going back to this cemetery sometime in the next month. Listings of this and other Boone Co. cemeteries can be found on the Boone Co. Genweb site here http://www.rootsweb.com/~arboone/onlinecem.html If anyone wants pictures of other stones in this cemetery, let me know. Fleta
I am sorry to report that I could not find this William Cary gravestone at the cemetery. I found a group of Cary stones and took photos, but no William M. Cary stone and no William Cary military stone as is listed on the website index for this cemetery. I don't suppose anyone knows where in the cemetery this particular stone is supposed to be? I am really sorry I could not find it. I did take photos of the 4 or 5 Cary stones I saw.
