Donald Witherington Donnie Witherington, 56, of West Monroe, passed away Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, in West Monroe following a lengthy illness. His funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe with Rev. David Chapman officiating. Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Calhoun. Visitation was Sunday evening. Survivors include his son, Benjamin Witherington; daughter, Jaime Rowlan; father, James B. Witherington; sister, Linda Crawford and husband, Elvin; brother, Jimmy Witherington; granddaughter, Sarah Rowlan; special friend, Ronna Harper; Rusty Flowers, a special cousin who was like a brother to Donny; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. Pallbearers were Earl Love, Donnie Clark, Danny Witherington, Steve Randell, Bo Witherington and Rusty Flowers. Honorary pallbearer was Leslie Cortez.
