I have just heard about a new website has gone online at Rootsweb.com I just check it out and it loads slowly but there is a lot of great data on it. Anyone with ties to the Frisco Rail Road will want to check it out! http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~veregge/ This gentlemen "rescued" these Frisco RR employment records as they were on their way to the landfill in the 1970's as the railroad was changing their method of record keeping. (He will fill you in on the story if you like!) These files range from 1895 - WWII with approx. 250 names now posted, and nearly 100 more to come. He says if you find a relative, he will "pass these papers on to you" for simple fee of postage & handling (the originals?) I hope this is a good as it sounds. Kathleen Burnett List Mom
