Add 20 yrs to everyone's 1880 age for the 1900 census. I'm not related to any member of this family. Chances are that Phoebe Wimberly is/was a slave. The CW did not start until 1862/1863. She will be recorded as - either black, negro or mulatto. The term "AA" was not invented until the 1990's.
