I have wondered about this other Emma myself, but the names don't match up unless the Emma was a middle name. Steve's dad was Stephen listed as married to an Elizabeth on the 1860 census. She could have possibly been one of the older brothers daughter. Stephen married a Nancy Simms in the 1860s and Steve and a sister who married Charlie Smith (can't remember her name right now) came from this union. Steve married a Davis first and they had 3 children and then he married Emma. The children were Tom, Lulie Earnest, Eulion Earl (my dad), Bert Holloway, and Ted. Steve married a third time to a Bost woman. Steve is buried at the Campground Cemetary. Emma is buried at the Wolf Cemetary in Conway Co. near Adona, you can see Petite Jean Mountain from the cemetary. Jr. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
