Janet, what do you have on "Cephus Smith"? My father-in-law was Sherman H. Smith and was from the Sumpter area. Both his father and mother (WILL SMITH and Mellie Forrest) are buried in Outlaw Cemetery. I found somewhere that their parents were from Louisiana.
