May have died in a house fire along with Joseph. David's father's from Alabama and Mother ( Mary Davis) from Mississippi Mary Davis b 1841 is found on the 1870 census in Jonesville, Harrison, Texas (Married) Children: David born 1868 in Ark a Henry Wood -15 and Sidney H Wood-8 Mary Davis found in 1880 back in Drew Co. Ark (single) Children: David D. and Joseph Mary and Joseph both had Tyfoid fever David found in 1900 married to Josephine Hamilton of Bradley Co. now living in Mill Creek, Ashely Co. Arkansas Josephine is listed as widowed on 1910 census. and living back in Eagle, Bradley Co. Ark with her mom and four children. Joseph E. is gone by then.
