    2. Patricia, The National Park Service's Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System shows Senn, H. Confederate Infantry Hardy's Regiment, Arkansas Infantry You can access the database here: http://www.itd.nps.gov/cwss/soldiers.cfm Information about Hardy's Regiment can be found here: http://www.couchgenweb.com/civilwar/hardyidx.html And I found H. Senn in the list of Company C soldiers: http://www.couchgenweb.com/civilwar/hardycoc.html SENN, H. Pvt Enl 1 Feb 1863 at Warren, AR. Present Feb 1864. *Co D, 24th AR Inf (Company D, 24th Arkansas Infantry was his original unit) So, if this is Henry Senn, the family was in Warren by early 1863. I'll look in my Civil War pension index to see if Henry or Nancy lived long enough to apply for a pension. --Melissa Quoting Patricia South <ferrell-pa@hotmail.com>: > Arkansas and most likely are buried there.?Was Henry in the C.War??? > Any help in obtaining this information would be appreciated.

    2. I did not find any Senns in the index to Arkansas Confederate Pension Applications. You could still write to the Arkansas History Commission for a copy of the compiled service record for H. Senn. --Melissa Quoting melissa@satmel.com: > I'll look in my Civil War pension index to see if Henry or Nancy lived > long enough to apply for a pension. > > --Melissa > > Quoting Patricia South <ferrell-pa@hotmail.com>: > >> Arkansas and most likely are buried there.?Was Henry in the C.War??? >> Any help in obtaining this information would be appreciated.
