Levi Maltus Temple of Ingalls died on last Wednesday at the age of 75. He was a retired farmer and was a well-known citizen of his area. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nannie Temple; five sons, Aubrey of Taylor, La., William of Hampton, James Temple of Ingalls and Paul Temple of Warren; three daughters, Mrs. Woodrow Stanfield of Warren, Mrs. James Hopkins of Atlanta and Mrs. Bill White of Texarkana; a brother, Willie Temple of Calion; a sister Mrs. Ellen Sinclair of Hermitage, 23 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral was Saturday morning at the Eagle Lake Baptist Church near Ingalls by Rev. James Beck. Burial was in the Union Hill Cemetery by Frazer Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Lloyd Temple, Virgil Temple, Thomas Harbor, Ira Saunders, Elvin Rhodes, and Floyd York.
