I have been told it is on the Monticello Hwy close to the Saline River. I am in New England and unable to see this myself. Does anyone know of this monument and is it in Bradley County? This Marker is on the Saline ,but not on Monticello Hwy. I can look at my picture & tell you the names . It is from Johnsville Hwy 160 S. going in to Ashley Co.
