    3. OK My family is James M Willis with wife Hollan Hepsibah (Hall) and children Sarah Melissa Willis, William Macager Willis, Benjamin Dexter Willis, and Amanda Catherine Willis (the last one born in Arkansas) were in Arkansas (Drew/Jefferson/Bradley area) by 1859 according to a letter by James Chambers. Where are they in the 1860 census as well as James Chambers who we know is in Drew county in 1859 but very near the borders of the other two counties as well. In 1870 Hepsy Willis and the 3 younger children are listed in Bradley county Miller Township. Her age is listed as 37. We don't find "Hepsy" in 1880 so presumably she died/married/ or for some reason moved away. So my questions to find are 1. where are the Willis and Chambers families in the 1860 census? and 2. Did "Hepsy" die by 1880 and where is she buried?

    3. Did you check Ar marriages for Hepsy Willis and ???? in the 70's, maybe remarried. Also may have moved on the TX or AR. Did you check for the childrens names in census, maybe on ancestry.com? I don't know how they do it. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rhonda" <rstarthistle@gmail.com> To: <arbradle@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, January 12, 2008 2:59 AM Subject: Re: [ARBRADLE] Hollan Hepsibah (Hall) Willis in Ark 1859 > OK My family is James M Willis with wife Hollan Hepsibah (Hall) and > children > Sarah Melissa Willis, William Macager Willis, Benjamin Dexter Willis, and > Amanda Catherine Willis (the last one born in Arkansas) were in Arkansas > (Drew/Jefferson/Bradley area) by 1859 according to a letter by James > Chambers.
