    3. My grandmother's sister married an Edmonds. Loved in the Coleman area of Drew County. Genia are you connected to any of them? Although I am not researching Fergusons, some of my ancestors married into the Ferguson family. I think they came from Chester County, S.C. and I have lots of Chester County information, including several books. 3. That would be great if we could figure out the Fergusons My GGgrandfather was born in SC in 1832, married in Henry Co.GA in 1851 to Elizabeth Wilson. They then moved to Talledega AL. While there he was killed in the civli war. My ggrandfather, William Ferguson (spelling changed to Furgerson somewhere) William moved to AR in 1870's My husbands' Edmonds were in Georgia. No Commection most likely. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peggy Carey" <carey@seark.net> To: <arbradle@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, January 26, 2008 6:30 PM Subject: Re: [ARBRADLE] Ferguson > My grandmother's sister married an Edmonds. 3. My Fergusons are in Bradley County. They were originally from York and Chester counties in South Carolina. There are two "branches" of Fergusons in Bradley County, just like the Bakers. My grandmother always told me that we were no relation to the other" Fergusons but in doing research, they are. I often wonder, why the split and why they disowned each other. I have quiet a bit on them so if you need something let me know. Angel
