Lee, Yes,I am kin to the Outlaws and Bakers in Bradley County. I married Royce Outlaw,oldest son of Marvin Outlaw,Vick,Ar. My father was Elmer Baker,son of Mike Baker. Uncles were Boyd Baker and LeRoy Baker of the Ingalls community.
