Fox, 82, of Willis, Texas, passed away December 22, 2207, He was born April 26, 1925, in Warren, Arkansas to William Harley & Annabelle (Owens) Fox. Billy was married to Martha Brown Fox, who was his high school sweetheart for 62 years. Billy was the grandson of the late William W. & Nettie Owens of Farmville. He is survived by his wife Martha, two daughters Cindy Bailey of Houston, Texas, Tanda Fox of Ohio, his Aunt Vivian (Owens) Thomas of Little Rock, Arkansas, a brother Bobby Barth of Friendswood, Texas, three cousins Sandra Outlaw of Pine Bluff, Jerry Castleberry of Benton & Mariyln Wojnas of Sherman, Texas, sister-in-law Eva Chenault. He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, & six great nieces. Billy was a World War II veteran & served in the Coast Guard in the Pacific seeing action in six invasions in the western Pacific.
