Mrs. Clara Bell Williams Wiggins, 67, of Warren, died Sunday in the Bradley County Memorial Hospital. Survivors include a son, James M. Wiggins of Wichita, Kansas; five daughters, Mrs. Margie Hightower of Warren, Mrs. Betty Barnett of Warren, Mrs. Mae Clark of Warren, Mrs. Joy Thornton of Fort Walton, Fla., and Mrs. Alonskey ?, Hamilton, Oh; half brothers, Benjamin, Gene and Billy Williams of Poplar Bluff, Mo. Funeral was Tuesday afternoon at Frazer's Chapel and interment was in Oakland Cemetery. Rev. Sam Waschalk was officiating minister. Pallbearers were Wylie Wagnon, Rex Vick, Ray Lawton, Sonny Reep, H.
