    1. [ARBRADLE] grandchildren of HAMILTON JACK / JOHN
    2. GENIA EDMONDS
    3. There is some confusion about wither it is Jack or John Hamilton that is married to Lucille Lacouture in the 1830's. According to my friend, a French teacher, Jacque Hamilton would have been translated to Jack. Jack had many children, the first born was named John, the older brother of Alexander. According to my friend, John's name, in French, would have been Jean. According to the 1860 census, listing all of Jack and Lucille's family, John is the name of their oldest child with Alexander listed as the third. John, married to Catherine Brandon, was my gg grandfather through his daughter Catherine Josephine Davis be 1880. John had three other children: Charles b 1874, Laura b 1877, George b 1879 If anyone has ever come across these names, I would appreciate your help. These people seem to have disappeared between 1880 and 1900. I appreciate the work that has been done on the Alexander Hamilton line. It helps me alot. Anyone that wishes to share any more, it's OK with me. ----- Original Message ----- From: "bjw" <jann_woodard@yahoo.com> To: <ARBRADLE@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, May 12, 2008 1:32 PM Subject: [ARBRADLE] new website > After much consideration and many requests, I finally decided to create a > website for my Bradley County research.
