Mr. Alfred Garrison lived at and helped build my grandparents(Joe H.and Elzie Fowler) home in the 1930's. My father, Joe L.Fowler,who will be 80 in a few weeks has told me many stories about Mr. Alfred. We live 16 miles out of Warren on the old Camden Rd.
