Someone contacted me and also posted to the list a request for a Samuel L. Brown. I cannot find their email, so I will post to the list hoping they will get this information. Think they were wanting the maiden name of Samuel's wife, Margaret. Mrs. Sarah H. Hendon, 99, of Warren died Tuesday at the home of her son, Ben Hendon. She was born 1867 at Prattsville, the daughter of Samuel and Margaret Hilton Brown. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Her survivors include her son, two daughters, Mrs. Geneva Shipman of Pine Bluff and Mrs. Nora Owens of Little Rock; 16 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Willoughby Church by Rev. J. E. White and J. D. Sims. Burial will be in the Pattsville Cemetery.
