Hi Jann, I have a little to add to this obituary. My Grandma. Her name is Sarah Frances Brown Hendon She was born in Pattsville. Her son was Benjamin Oscar Hendon. She married Christopher Columbus Hendon . Her Mother-in-law was also a Brown:Mary Ann Brown.b. May 15, 1851 in Alabama. Hope this is helpful. Corine Mrs. Sarah H. Hendon, 99, of Warren died Tuesday at the home of her son, Ben Hendon. She was born 1867 at Prattsville, the daughter of Samuel and Margaret Hilton Brown. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Her survivors include her son, two daughters, Mrs. Geneva Shipman of Pine Bluff and Mrs. Nora Owens of Little Rock; 16 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Willoughby Church by Rev. J. E. White and J. D. Sims. Burial will be in the Pattsville Cemetery. Hi Jann. Did your grandmother live in Bradley Co. Where did she attend church -The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints.
