    3. Bradley County marriage records show: Parnell, B.F., age 30 Wilder, Sallie, age 18 married May 22, 1892 original source: Marriage Book C, p. 382 Notice that, based on the tombstone information Larry gave, Sarah "Sallie" Wilder married on her birthday. I wonder if she was really born in 1874, not 1873, and got married on her 18th birthday. Does anyone know if 18 was the age of consent back in 1892? Here is another Parnell/Wilder marriage: Parnell, W. R., age 32 Wilder, Josie, age 27 married July 30, 1891 original source: Marriage Book C, p. 339 Josie (Josephine) Wilder was Sarah Wilder's sister. Were W.R. and B.F. Parnell brothers? --Melissa On Jan 10, 2008 7:23 AM, LARRY HOWSEN <neswoh@yahoo.com> wrote: > Chyrle, there is a Sarah E. Parnell at Parnell Cemetery Born 5-22-1873-- 1-17-1966. and there is a B. F.
