Sorry, Lindsey, all of my ARBOURs are of French Canadian descent. However, I took a look at some resources on the internet and found some things. I found a Joseph ARBER, son of John ARBER and Margaret, born about 1871 and living in Brightside Bierlow, Yorkshire, during the 1891 Census. I found a Joseph ARBER, 29, Sarah ARBER, 25, and Joseph ARBER, 8 mos, listed in the 1901 Census. They lived in Brightside, Sheffield. Father Joseph worked as a fruit and fish dealer. I found a Joseph H (or A) ARBER living in Blue, Jackson Co, MO, during the 1920 Census. He was listed as being 21, born in Missouri, and working as a laborer at an oil refinery. Not sure if you already have this and if it's of any use. If you need more info, let me know. Good luck with your searching!
