Sylvester went by several names, Austin, Pert and Vester, was married to Mary (dob abt 1860), children John Thomas (dob abt 1879,Tom married Maud), Ida and Alvia. Some of the family returned to Springfield, MO after 1915 but I believe Sylvester and his brother remained in Boone county. I haven't been able to determine when Sylvester died or where he is buried.
