There is a glitch in the newly updated Norton 360 that cause the census pages, etc., to freeze. I thought it was a software problem on my computer. Because of your postings, I found MANY people were having the same problem. I contacted Norton 360 via an online chat. The technician "mirrored" my on the computer. They, too, were having the pages freeze. After being in an online chat and they doing ALL of the work remotely, the uninstalled the updated Norton 360 and reinstalled the old version. Now I have NO freezing!! YIPPEE!!! Remember........if you do as I did, be SURE you ask them to do everything "remotely". It is facinating to watch! When you are done, be sure to ask for their manager's email address so you can send them a commendation for the technician.
