Looking for information on Harriet E Godfrey and John W Kelley. Married 1881. Son Charles Floyd Kelley.
Does anyone know who the parents are of: Robert Shack Wilburn who married Florence Rosetta Roberts in 1906 in Boone Co., Maudie Wilburn who married Elmer Loy Roberts in 1910 in Boone Co., and Virgie Wilburn who married George Washington Roberts in 1911 in Boone Co., AR. The 3 Roberts' are siblings. Are the 3 Wilburns siblings?
I would be interested in hearing from anybody who is descending from a SMITH, ROBERTS or WEBB from Boone Co., AR.

Tamara, E-mail me at my address nrfc98@aol.com and we can talk the boards here are getting more and more difficult for me to access for some reason, I sure hope they fix it soon! I also have a Web Site you might find interesting the address is http://members.aol.com/nrfc98/index2.htm most of the information I have on my Byrd family is there. There are a few things I have not had time to fill in. I am looking into connections in Missouri and I know the Byrds I am researching were in Kentucky before going to Arkansas. I look forward to hearing from you again. Bren
Their is biographical information on the Moses BYRD family in history books of both Pope Co, AR and Harmon Co, OK. I would like to exchange information with you.
My mistake, Brenda. Moses BYRD b 7 April 1867 married Mary Iona LOVE b 7 April 1871 on 7 April 1892 in Pope Co, AR. He is the son of S. D. A. and Susan BAILEY BYRD. Iona is the daughter of Rev. Calvin M. and Susan Salome DARR LOVE. All these folks are buried in Harmon Co, OK.
Does anyone know when the Bristow reunion is??
Was Moses a Byrd? I have not found the Love Surname so far so I wasn't certain if I had missed something you might be trying to tell me about the Byrds. I would be glad to exchange information but we should make sure we are working on the same surname, is there more information you could send me about your Moses Love? Thanks so much for writing. Bren

In the 1976 celebration of our country.... my grandfather participated in a wagon train that went through I believe Harrison. This wagon train I believe was reentacted all through the country.....I am looking for more information on this event as I am working on a scrapbook for my grandfather's birthday. This year he will be 77 years old and we are gathering old family pictures for him. Any information on this would be appreciated. Thanks, Tonya Williams researching DeShields, Parton, Hopper, Brittain, Bly in and around Lead Hill, Omaha, Blue Eye, etc.
To All Members, As most of you have learned by now, there is a lot of change in progress now with the Rootsweb/MyFamily/Ancestry.com merger and at the moment it is a mess - no other word for it. I hope it will improve with time and I know they are trying. However, since the proposed changes leave several gray areas in the copyright situation as regards your posts to it and since all the boards except the query board is not reachable at the moment (and it looks like everything will be lumped together in one board), I have removed all but the query board from the county web site. So if you have material you want available, send it to me as you did in the "old days" and I will see it gets posted. This may all shake down eventually and be a good thing but right now it is a mess. Marie List Mom
I need help in finding the first husband of my grandmothers sister, Martha Bowman, she was married first to unknown (I want him) then married Andrew Clinton Hemphill in the early 1900s in Barry County, She is buried in Galena, I need the name of the man and of her children I know one was Galenda. I think, any help would really be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Bonnie My grandmother was Emma Josephine Bowman.
My grandfather, Jacob Silas MCELROY was a surveyor for the county, so my dad told me. I took this to mean while he lived in Boone Co., AR. He married in Boone Co. abt 1878. The family moved to Bosque Co., TX in 1888 and also lived in Erath Co. abt 1893 - 1900. Would he have held that job in TX as well? How would I go about finding these records? Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Dortha McElroy Greenlee
