Just a shot in the dark but you might look for a Bryan or McClure connection to the family of Wier/Wear you are looking for. Cassville, Barry Co., MO would be one place to look and look for Charles Bryan. He married Mildred Wear. Then in Oklahoma/Indian Territory look for Charles and Mildred in Claremore, Coo Coos Wee Coo District, (now Rogers County, OK) Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory. I have a connection to this family but it is too complicated to go into if it is not who you are looking for. I think they are buried in the Woodlawn Cemetery there in Claremore. William Jennings Bryan was related to this Cherokee family. Good luck with your hunting.
Thank you for your suggestion. I will be spending the next two weeks with my grandchildren but after that will try to check this information.
