According to family history, they supposedly went from North Carolina to Rutherford County, Tennessee around 1810. Martin's brother, George Newton Edwards, is my great-great-great grandfather. He stayed in Tennessee but Martin went to Arkansas. Do you know why? I'd love any information you care to share on the family. I haven't worked on it in a few years.
