AR, son of William Henry Fergusson b. 1844 Warren, Marion Co. MO and Antha Lee b. 2/10/1844 MO). Antha was the 8th and youngest child of John W. Lee b. 1810 KY and his wife Martha b. 1805 KY. I have info and census records relating to John and Martha's children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The first 5 of John and Martha's children were born in KY; the last born in MO. In 1929 John Lee Fergusson received a letter from his cousin, Robert L. Lee, an attorney in Bentonville who said that their mutual cousin (name unknown) the wife of Major Sneed of the "air service" (U.S. Army's air force?) had compiled a genealogy of the Lee family. (Major and Mrs. Sneed had at that time "lived in Bentonville for more than 30 years.) Robert L. Lee said, "John, your grandfather and my grandfather (same man) was a first cousin to Gen. Robert E. Lee". Janice, I hav! e much, much info on the Lee family of Virginia and I am working on making the connection. I do know that Antha had an older brother name George Sylvester "Sil" .
