Owen married Margaret McNeeley c1843 in Kentucky. In 1860 they lived in Boyd Co, KY. By 1865, they lived in McLeod Co, MN next to relatives from Lawrence Co, KY. In 1870, it appears that Owen and Margaret (McNeely) Williamson were living in Round Prairie, Benton Co, AR with their son David (born c1852 KY) and daughter Marlinda (born c. 1854 KY) and son (William?) born c1862 KY.
