I am looking for information about some of Benton County's founding fathers. Are there any books which detail some of the earlier businesses in Round Prairie and Bloomfield? In particular, I am looking at the Richardsons and Wilsons. They were merchants who owned general retail stores in the late 1800s. Also, Albert and Robert Wilson were well known cattle ranchers as early as the midlate 1800s. What old newspapers were there in this region? Thank you, Maureen [email protected]
