Arthur Sherrod married my husband's gr-gr-grandmother, Elizabeth Hedges McCall Sherrod after they both were widowed. Elizabeth "Betsy" Colville married William Ross Sawrey - she was a sister to my husband's gr-gr-grandmother on the other line, Colville.
