    3. I would like to add what I learned about 40 years ago when copying tombstone inscriptions. I copied all the stones in the county where I was living - with the help of two good friends. Take some old regular white blackboard chalk and break it in half, and lay a piece sideways and rub over the letters and numbers on the stone. Then take your shoe and rub as much of the chalk off as you can. The numbers will show up VERY clear when you take a pix. I am speaking of the old stones that are really hard to read. The numbers are so hard to read on the old stones. Janice B. Craft
