    1. Richardson look-ups
    2. David, Thank you very much for taking the time to look up these 2 family members. It is very much appreciated and you got the right ones also. (Not sure why Margaret does not have an obit. I rechecked her dates for the Bloomfield Cemetery and 1902 is correct. Maybe the family never did one for her.) Maureen

    3. Thelma, I tried sending this to you last night but apparently you have an e-mail blocker on your account. So, I'm sending it via the list server. Found the following Reaser's - 1930-1931 (No Reasor's) Clive R. 345 Nancy 345 Mrs. Walter 313 Nancy 345 W. P. 345 Walter 345 Didn't find any in the 1932-1933 vol. I also went back and checked the 1928-1929 book, but didn't find either name there either. If any of the above names fit in your line, let me know and I'll get the obit to you. 1. Re: Richardson obits
    2. David Holland
    3. I could not find an obit in 1902 for Margaret Richardson, although the Benton County Cemetery Preservation group shows that she did die in 1902 and was buried in Bloomfield cemetery. I found the following obit for W.I.Richardson (Gentry Journal-Advance, 9/10/15): W.I. Richardson was born in South Carolina Nov. 10, 1832, died at the home of his son, Thomas, Sept. 2, 1915 of general debility and old age. he was married to Maggie Brockinaw July 25, 1869, who preceeded him to the beyond some years ago. Four children remain of this union, Robert of California, Della Wilson of Tahlequah, Okla., Thomas of near Bloomdield and William of Gentry. Capt. Richardson, as he was call, was a highly respected citizen, a life-long Mason and his memory is cherished by a large circle of friends. The funeral was held at the Bloomfield church Sep. 3, conducted by Eld. O.L. Sumner of the Christian church. Burial in the Bloomfield cemetery. Obit for Robert Richardson from the Gentry Journal-Advance, 4/20/33: Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon for Mr. Robert Richardson, brother of Mr. Bill Richardson of Genry, who died Wednesday evening, April 12th at Siloam Springs. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A.H. DeLaniey, pastor of the Methodist church here, at Mloomfield under the direction of Carpenter Brothers. The Masonic Lodge No. 222 took charge after Rev. DeLaney had completed his part of the service. Burial was at the Bloomfield cemetery. Robert Richardson, son of W.I. and Margaret Richardson, was born January 25th, 1873 at Cane Hill, Washington county, Arkansas. At the age of eight years he moved to Bloomfield where he grew to manhood among many of his friends, some of whom were present at the funeral. On November 29th, 1900 he was united in marriage with Miss Nettie Clard and their home was in the Bloomfield community for a short time after which they went to Dorris, California where they reared their family, six children having been born to them, two of whom preceded their father in death. Surviving of the immediate family are his wife, three sons and one daughter, two brothers, Tom and Bill, and one sister, Mrs. Joe Wilson. A short time ago Bob was raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason by Gentry Lodge No. 222. Besides the relatives Mr. Richardson leaves a great number of friends to mourn his departure. I hope that this is of some help. My 3-great grandmother was Purity Davidson b 1800 in NC. She was married to Dean Rogers who was b 1786 in NH. They had their family in Rutherford Co., TN. Probably Readyville as their son John Rogers was born there. John is not my ancestor. His sister Susanna Mariah Rogers is my 2-great grandmother. Her daughter, Sarah Clementine Lasiter is my great grandmother and the mother of my grandmother Ruth Elizabeth Hawkins. The Dean and Purity (Davidson) Rogers family moved south-westsward to MO, OK, AR, and TX from TN. Is there any Native American blood in your Davidson family? Any information that you might have would be greatly appreciated. We may have touched base before but have never exchanged information.
