James Odus Franks and wife, Martha are buried in Maxwell Cemetery, at Oil Center, Pontotoc Co, OK. Not in Oil Cemetery, as you show. Oil Center is just a community now, on Hwy 3W, North West of Ada, OK. Maxwell Cemetery is North of Oil Center.
