Catherine is 1 year of age in 1850. On the divorce I was going by the 1930 census where Belle is listed as Belle Ivens this is where it shows her as divorced. Maybe she was divorced from Ivens. It would be interesting to know which one gave the census taker the information listed below. If they were living in a house owned by Simpsons he may have and maybe he didn't really know how all these people were kin to each other. Does the R $5 mo in the HOME DATA column mean that's how much rent they paid with O meaning Simpson owned?? These are all listed as head of house.
