In loving memory of my deart mother, who departed life Jun 23, 1929. Sweetly sleep today dear mother, in a cold and silent bed; Lonely here I am without you, many are the tears I've shed. Her daughter, Florence Frix ********************* Baxter Bulletin Jun 5, 1936 Florence Frix, eldest daughter of Elec and Fanny, passed away May 28th at the home of her sister, Mrs Mollie Pickens. Her passing was unexpected to her family and friends. She was born in Calhoun, Ga., Jul 11, 1864 and came to Baxter County with her parents in 1869. She united with the M. E. Church at the age of 15 and lived a consistent Christian until her death. She is survived by five sisters and one brother. Same date - Card of Thanks We take this means of extending our thanks to our friends for their assistance and sympathy during the illness and death of our beloved sister, Florence, -- Joe Frix, Dora Boaz, Winnie Raymond, Mollie Pickens, Hattie Bryant, Odo Wilson. ************* These two ladies don't seem to have a marked head stone in the area that they lived. Theirs names have been added to the Norfork Cemetery list because several of their family are buried there. *************
